Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how Wallbreaker users can request deletion of their game account and related data.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@copiasoft.com.
Use Wallbreaker Account Deletion Request as the email subject.
Include your in-game user ID or PlayFab ID in the email body.
If additional information is needed for verification or processing, we will reply by email.
We will notify you by email when deletion is completed.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Game progress data linked to the PlayFab ID
Server-stored game data such as in-game currency, items, attendance, quests, achievements, and settings
Server-stored service status such as purchase restoration and ad-removal status
Support inquiry information that does not need to be retained separately after the request is handled

3. Data That May Be Retained and Retention Period

Google Play purchase records may be retained by Google or payment processors under Google Play policies and applicable laws.
Minimum records required for refunds, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained for the period required by law or service operations.
Server-stored game data with no separate legal retention requirement will be deleted so it can no longer be used by the service after the deletion request is processed.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible after we receive the information required for verification. Processing may be delayed if we need to verify the request, review purchase records, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

5. Important Notes

After account and data deletion, game progress, currency, items, and purchase status may not be recoverable.
Deleting the App may not automatically delete data stored on PlayFab servers. To delete server data, please request deletion using the steps above.
A completed deletion request may not be reversible.
