Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Copiasoft ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when users play the mobile game Wallbreaker (the "App").
2. Information We Collect
We do not require separate account registration and do not collect user-entered membership information such as name, phone number, or address. However, the App may collect the following service-related information and identifiers to operate the game, save progress, process purchases, provide ads, and support users:
- Account and gameplay data: PlayFab ID, Google Play Games linked identifiers, stage progress, score, in-game currency and items
- Purchase information: product ID, purchase status, and purchase tokens from Google Play Billing (no payment card data is stored)
- Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, country/language settings, access and error logs, SDK diagnostic information
- Advertising identifier (ADID) for ad display, frequency management, fraud prevention, and ad measurement (may be limited by device settings)
- Support inquiry information: email address, inquiry text, app version, device model, OS version, PlayFab ID, and similar information when the user sends an email inquiry
3. Advertising SDK
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect data such as advertising identifiers for ad delivery, personalized or non-personalized ad selection, frequency management, fraud prevention, and ad measurement under its own policy. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payments and refunds are processed by Google Play; we do not store payment method information.
5. Login and Server-Stored Data
The App may use Google Play Games sign-in and Microsoft PlayFab backend services to save and restore game progress and purchase status. PlayFab ID, Google Play Games linked identifiers, gameplay data, and purchase/ad-removal status may be stored on PlayFab servers.
6. How We Use the Information
- Providing and maintaining the game service
- Saving and restoring game progress
- Processing in-app purchases and verifying/restoring purchase status
- Error tracking, fraud prevention, and performance improvement
- Analytics, including Unity Analytics, for gameplay improvement and balancing
- Advertising display and measurement
7. Third-Party Service Providers
The App uses the following services, which may process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob – Advertising (policy)
- Google Play Games Services – Sign-in and account linking (policy)
- Google Play Billing – In-app purchases (policy)
- Microsoft PlayFab – Backend and game data storage (policy)
- Unity – Game engine, analytics, and related services (policy)
8. Data Processing and Sharing
We process data directly or through the third-party service providers listed above. Data required for advertising, purchases, sign-in, analytics, and server storage may be transmitted to or processed by third-party service providers such as Google, Microsoft PlayFab, and Unity.
9. Data Retention
Gameplay and purchase data are stored as long as required to operate the service. If a user requests deletion, the data will be removed without delay unless retention is required by law.
10. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your game account and related data at any time by email or through the Account and Data Deletion Request page.

- Please include your user ID (PlayFab ID) or in-game nickname for verification.
- Deleting the App may not automatically delete game data stored on servers; server data deletion requires a separate request.
- Your inquiry email may be used to verify and respond to the deletion request.
- We will notify you once the deletion is completed.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 14. If we become aware that data was collected from a child, it will be deleted immediately.
12. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect user data; however, no system can guarantee complete security.
13. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated due to legal or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
