1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile game Wallbreaker (the "App") provided by Copiasoft (the "Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Data Storage

The App can be used with a device-based account without separate sign-up.
Game progress and purchase status may be stored on a server (PlayFab) and used for restoration.
Some data may not be recoverable if the App is deleted or the device is changed or reset.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may sell paid products (in-game currency, packages, permanent ad removal, etc.) through Google Play Billing.
Product contents and prices follow what is displayed in the in-game shop and the Google Play purchase screen.
Purchased items can only be used within the game and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Advertising and Ad Rewards

The App may display ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, etc.).
Rewards for rewarded ads are granted when the ad is watched to completion.
Ads may be unavailable due to network errors or lack of ad inventory.

5. Purchase Restoration

Non-consumable products such as permanent ad removal can be restored using the restore purchases feature in the in-game options.
Restoration requires being signed in with the same Google account used for the purchase.
If restoration does not work properly, please contact us by email.

6. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases follow the Google Play refund policy. Refunds should generally be requested through Google Play, and eligibility is determined by Google's policies.

7. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Errors

The App may contain bugs or errors, and the Company continuously works to fix them.
The Company may temporarily suspend or change all or part of the service for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or operational reasons.
If the service needs to be terminated, prior notice will be given.

8. Prohibited Use

Use of the service may be restricted if any of the following is confirmed:

Manipulating the game through hacking, cheats, macros, or other abnormal means
Abusing the payment system or ad reward system
Intentionally disrupting service operations

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Significant changes will be announced via in-game notice or similar means.
